This is the third version of the iBIOFind software that focuses on the writing of scientific articles for rare diseases. Abstracts of articles from different repositories are text-mined and processed into ontological documents that can be uploaded using visualization tools such as MindGenius for powerpoint, web sites, word or other literary vehicles. Computational creativity algorithms are used for scientific speculation for all the rare diseases and suggests different paths for the researcher for a particular disease. The software also identifies questions to be asked of leading experts in each rare disease as well as suggests tools from the analysis of other literatures. The application has a data repository for all Clinical Translation Science Award institutions and monitors people, product and progress for patients.
